Award Winning Sous Chef Soon Kwon has had an extraordinary career, as Sous Chef for at South Australia’s top 10 restaurant Chianti Classic. In addition and most recently, he was Head Chef and management team member of the newly opened Bar Torino (Winner of “Best Small Bar” twice). Named one of Australia’s top chefs as one of only 5 chefs chosen for the Star Light Foundation’s Five Chef’s Dinner and celebrity Sous Chef for Sean’s Kitchen in NZ.
